The Library at IISER M is the Largest among all IISERS. It is situated in a building known as the Informatics Centre which also has the Computer Teaching labs and the server rooms.

 

It's no short of  academic materials, withof 12000+ Monographs, over 6000 E-Journals, 20 Print periodicals, 17 Online fully textual databases, 10 Bibliographical Databases, 200+ DVDs, 60+ Online databases containing 2 million books, 24 Scientific Magazines, 8 Newspapers and 11 General Magazines, all related to fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, and Humanities/Social Sciences. And this is without mentioning the dozens of Research Publications that embellish the walls of the library entrance.

It also provides a lot of cool premium softwares like Grammarly, Research Gate, Matlab, various Coding interfaces and web services for free to the students.

The library building is super comfy, with ergonomic furniture (really nice sofas :) ), discussion and multimedia rooms and coffe machines. Usually its the hotspot for both the studious and movie buffs (fast Wifi ;0 ) Its open 24 hours, so its not dificult to prepare for an exam literally 4 hours before it starts :).
